GENTLE YOGA

A relaxing, restorative class for all regardless of age or capability. These classes are specially designed for those who would benefit from a gentle approach in order to build and restore physical strength and well being. No expience necessary.

Yoga can be adapted for most people, you can even practice yoga in a chair if that is all that you can manage. Leah’s GENTLE YOGA classes are aimed at people who might prefer a more restorative, nurturing practice, yet which is still active and challenging.

Everyone works at their own pace and to their own ability in a class that will encourage them to find their own level. Students will be introduced to all aspects of yoga including postures, pranayama (breathing techniques) meditations, guided visualiseations etc

YOGA ACTIVE

Classes for people needing a little energy and vitality in their lives – strengthening, stretching, and practices to detoxify and release negative and unwanted emotions.

These classes will use dynamic and flowing yoga practices to get the heart beating, and strengthen core muscles.
Fun, laughter, chanting, breathing techniques, meditation and a relaxation to finish. Yoga to awaken body and spirit and cultivate joy, focus and creative potential.

Suitable if you are reasonably fit and able, and require less physical modification.

Before attending class:
Please bring a yoga mat - mats are available to purchase from me on the day - £12
Wear loose comfortable clothing, we work barefoot.
Do not have a heavy meal for 2 hours before class.
Do consult a doctor if you are unsure about suitability.
Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries etc prior to class.

Booking is essential. Please arrive 5 mins before the start of classes
NB. Unfortunately block bookings are non-refundable.
