You don’t have to be super fit or flexible to enjoy yoga, and you can practice at any age. Yoga, which means “union” can be adapted to benefit everyone and I have taught students with a range of conditions from ME, MS, in recovery from breast cancer, and with back and joint problems; from students to a lady in her eighties.
